Shipping and Returns Policy
DELIVERY COSTS:
All deliveries are free. No shipping fees. You may be subject to customs fees. If so, we apologize. We strive to provide a pleasant experience for all our customers. However, unfortunately, we cannot control every aspect of shipping from Asia.
ORDER TRACKING:
Depending on the logistics company in charge of delivering your package, order tracking can be done online on the 17track website with your tracking number or directly on our tracking page.
PROCESSING TIMES:
Regarding our order processing times, please allow 3 to 4 working days.
DELIVERY TIMES:
All our orders are delivered within 3 to 4 weeks once your order has been processed.
The majority of products come from China or Asia, hence the delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks.
MISSING ITEM:
If your order, or part of your order, has not been delivered, please allow an additional 24-48 hours beyond the estimated delivery time. After this period, please send us an email to the following address: contact@mon-univers-cuisine.com .
Our team is committed to responding to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Returns & Exchanges:
At Mon Univers Cuisine , we do our best to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you will not encounter any surprises when you receive our products.
We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order cancellation policy:
We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website.
Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@mon-univers-cuisine.com as soon as possible.
The vast majority of items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 2 to 3 business days. It is imperative that you contact us during this period so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No request to cancel your order can be considered if it has already been processed.
Address error:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly to inform us of any changes. These changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information . We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In these latter cases, these packages can be returned to us, but not systematically.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus shipping costs or we will offer to reship it, according to your choice.
You are not eligible for reshipment or a refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.
Return policy :

Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind, our return policy is 14 days from the date you receive your products.

Sign it and then send it with your package to the address we will provide when you write to our support team.
